There’s good news for Bilt Rewards members: April 1 is another Bilt Rent Day. As on previous Rent Days, you can play trivia to earn Bilt Points and earn double points on non-rent purchases — you must use the card five times per statement period to earn points (see rewards and benefits). But this Rent Day, Bilt rolled out some fitness-related perks and changed how you can win the Rent Free game.
The Bilt Rewards program is free to join, and you don’t need to have the Bilt Mastercard® (see rates and fees) to participate in most Rent Day offers. Here’s what you need to know about the April Bilt Rent Day.
Bilt Rent Day fitness benefits
Bilt is expanding its Neighborhood Fitness program to include six new partners. To celebrate, April Rent Day includes the following fitness-related perks:
- Fitness experiences: On April 1, enjoy free fitness experiences exclusively for Bilt members at select local studios via the Rent Day Sweat Series. You can view and book these experiences in the Bilt app on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Buy one, get more fitness classes: For each upcoming fitness class you purchase in the Bilt app April 1, you’ll get one free class credit per booking if you have Bilt Rewards Blue or Silver status. If you have Gold or Platinum status, you’ll get two free class credits per booking. These credits can be used at the same studio location as your purchased class within 90 days of Monday.
- Bilt Fitness Collection: You can redeem Bilt points or purchase a fitness capsule with wearable weights, water-repellent speakers and post-workout recovery essentials in the Bilt app.
Rent Day SoulCycle rides
Bilt is also continuing its Rent Day SoulCycle rides April 1. These rides are 45 minutes long and offer a full-body indoor cycling workout.
Bilt members can enjoy complimentary bikes at Rent Day Ride classes on a first-come, first-served basis when they reserve their ride through the Bilt app. Even if you miss out on a complimentary bike, you can usually book a bike for a Rent Day Ride class on the fitness tab using points or regular payment.
Bilt is also offering up to $2,500 to one rider who participates in an April Rent Day Ride class to cover their monthly rent.

Bilt Rent Day trivia
If you’re good at trivia, you can boost your Bilt Rewards balance for free each Rent Day.
Bilt gives its members five trivia questions through its app each Rent Day. The questions increase incrementally in difficulty and value. The first question is worth 10 points, the second question is worth 20 points, the third question is worth 30 points, the fourth question is worth 40 points and the fifth question is worth 50 points.
If you get all five questions correct, Bilt will unlock a sixth question worth an extra 100 points. You could earn 250 Bilt points through trivia each Rent Day if you correctly answer all six questions.

Extra Bilt points on non-rent purchases
As on previous Bilt Rent Days, you’ll earn double points when you use your Bilt Mastercard to make non-rent purchases between midnight EDT on April 1 and 2:59 a.m. EDT on April 2. You’ll earn as follows for purchases each Rent Day:
- Dining: 6 points per dollar spent
- Travel: 4 points per dollar spent
- Other purchases (excluding rent): 2 points per dollar spent
- Rent: 1 point per dollar spent
You can earn up to 10,000 bonus points on purchases with your Bilt Mastercard each Rent Day. However, you must use your Bilt Mastercard at least five times each statement period to earn points (see Bilt Mastercard rewards and benefits here). If you dine at a Bilt Dining restaurant on Rent Day and use your Bilt Mastercard to pay, you can earn up to 11 points per dollar spent.

Rent Free game
In August 2023, Bilt launched a new way to win free rent for a month (up to $2,500): the “Family Feud”-style Rent Free game show. Bilt has since offered the Rent Free game show each Rent Day, with a new creator or personality — for this month, the guest is singer and songwriter Tinashe — playing each month. In previous months, how well (or poorly) the celebrity played would determine how many Bilt members won free rent that month.
Bilt is changing how its Rent Free game works for April and future Rent Days. Now, you’ll earn points when you pick a top three answer, when you correctly rank that answer and when the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you.
The top 10 scoring players will be the winners for April Rent Day, and the next 600 top-scoring members will earn Bilt points. If you tie with another Bilt member, the tie will be broken based on who played the game first. The Rent Free game for April’s Rent Day is live, so play now.
