Presale dates and timing

The presale begins Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, with start times varying by city and show date. Presale windows are staggered by performance date, with the final presales ending Feb. 3, while supplies last.

For New York City shows at Madison Square Garden, presale windows are split by date range, beginning as early as 11 a.m. ET on Jan. 26 for select late summer shows and additional presales opening in late January and early February for certain autumn dates.

Because presale times vary by market, fans should double-check their specific show date before tickets go live.

To sign up for the presale, you’ll first need to visit the presale sign up page. For U.S. dates, fans must be registered by Sunday, January 25 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Access to the presale is tied to your Ticketmaster account, and anyone who signs up can join the queue.

Do you need an American Express Card to access the presale?
