With this slew of discounted flights, the cheapest fares are concentrated around the New York, Boston and Washington, D.C., areas. From there, you can get fares for less than $400. Otherwise, if you’re flying out from the South, Midwest or the West Coast, the fares mostly fall below $600. Many of the flights also have at least one layover.

Here are some flights we thought were noteworthy:

  • Aer Lingus: Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS), starting at $381 (includes a layover in Dublin).
  • TAP: Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) to Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO), starting at $382.

Since Google Flights also aggregates third-party booking options, there can be price discrepancies between Google Flights and the airline’s website. For this particular trip, Google Flights says the fare costs $375, but if you were to book directly with TAP, it would cost slightly more. (Google Flights says TAP is charging $401, but the website says the fare is around $382.)
